Wraps with salmon ​and sweet chili sauce

    • 500 g salmon
    • 4 tortillas
    • 8 tbsp sour cream
    • 4 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    • 2 red peppers, cut thinly into rings 
    • 10 pinches of black pepper
    • 0.5 tsp salt

Procedure

  • Either sprinkle with a little salt and bake the salmon in the oven for about 15 minutes, or poach in salted water just below boiling point for 5-6 minutes.
  • Heat the tortillas for a few minutes in the oven or in a frying pan.
  • Spread the sour cream and sweet chili sauce on each tortilla before adding salmon and red pepper. Top it all with some pinches of black pepper.
