Method
- Boil the spaghetti, following the pack instructions.
- Dice the salmon. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the kale. Fry gently for 2-3 minutes then add the salmon and bean sprouts.
- Mix the soy sauce with the lime juice and olive oil.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the pan with the kale, salmon and bean sprouts. Pour over the soy sauce and lime mix and serve.
