    Sashimi with plums in cumin ​and soy sauce

    Sashimi is a healthy, simple and tasty dish with raw fish. Try the exciting combination with plums and cumin.

      • 400 g 1 thin slices of salmon
      • 4 1 plums, cut in cubes
      • 4 tbsp 1 soy sauce
      • 4 pinches 1 of cumin

    Procedure​

    • Cut the salmon into thin slices. ​
    • Mix the plums with soy sauce and cumin. Leave for 15 minutes before serving.
