Procedure
- Cut the fish into 2 cm cubes. Finely chop 4 garlic cloves. Roughly chop the bun with leaf parsley.
- Mix the fish with garlic, leaf parsley, salt and black pepper, and put into the baking tray.
- Place the butter on top.
- Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes.
Serve with bread or mashed potatoes.
